Service Delivery Leader, AD WARRIOR Location: Gateshead (North East sector: Supported Living | Complex Needs | Adult Social Care) Salary: £15.80 per hour Hours per week: 40 We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Lead to support individuals with a range of challenging and complex needs, working closely with our Complex Care Manager. What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour in a supported living setting. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and managing multi-site services. Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. Proven ability to support individuals with diverse needs including ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, foetal alcohol syndrome, personality disorders, sensory processing needs. Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). On‑call availability as part of the role. About the Role Provide leadership and guidance to staff across multiple sites. Ensure the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered. Develop and implement systems and processes that promote quality, safety and inclusion. Collaborate with governing bodies and contribute to new business opportunities. Presentation at interview stage may be required. Why Join Birthday Off – a paid day off.
