We are looking for a National Accounts Team Leader in our Gateshead office to support the Customer Services Manager.

You will oversee the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to internal and external clients within a team of 5 plus administrators. Are you passionate about delivering first-class Customer Service? Can you demonstrate strong accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver against Client SLA’s and internal targets? Do you have strong Team Leader administration and excel skills?

You’ll love being empowered to make decisions and find your own solutions to problems.

You’ll be:

- Ensuring the best Customer Service experience for all our Customers, internal and external
- Responsible for the operational performance of the National Account Support Team, managing high volumes of internal/external customer interactions ensuring effective and timely response
- Motivating and leading the team through the setting of clear objectives and measuring success
- Challenge and drive the performance of the team, through coaching, training and development
- Ensuring that all client KPI’s/SLAs for customer response is exceeded at all times.

You’ll have:

- Experience in working within a Customer Services team within a significant B2B or Customer facing organisation
- Training, coaching, people development and succession planning
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time
- Expert with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.
