National Growth and Accounts Lead

Key Responsibilities

The National Growth and Accounts Lead will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse client portfolio.

  • Lead and develop the national accounts function as National Growth and Accounts Lead, setting clear targets and KPIs for the whole team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to strategic planning
