40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday with some, flexible weekend working.

The role
We’re really excited to be developing new support services for children and young people with disabilities. To start we’ll be providing short break support, caring for children in their own homes or supporting them to access activities in their local area.
We’re looking for a positive, motivated and driven Service Delivery Lead to:
- Work with the Service Development Manager to create new, innovative support services for children and young people with disabilities.
- Develop good relationships with children, their parents/carers and the other professionals working with them.
- Recruit, induct and line manage support workers and team leaders.
- Assess support packages and write care plans and risk assessments.
- Manage rota’s and daily service delivery.
- Provide On Call support on a rota basis.
- Carry out quality assurance tasks to ensure the service is compliant with CQC, Ofsted and local authority frameworks.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience working with children and young people in health and social care. We would like someone who wants to progress as there will be development opportunities with this role as the service grows.
Essential criteria:
- Willingness to complete a Level 5 qualification.
- Level 2 (or above) qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience of managing staff.
- Experience of working with children with disabilities.
- Car driver with access to own vehicle.
- Fun, friendly and good at making children laugh
Desirable criteria:
- Level 5 or above qualification.
- Previous experience managing support packages for people with disabilities.
- Experience of working with children in a health and social care service.
