**Sales Agent - Donington Park - OTE £50k**

Due to unprecedented customer demand, we are looking to further expand the highly successful sales team at our new Donington Park based showroom.

This is a fast paced and forward-thinking business that would suit a dynamic sales person who wants to play a key role in our journey of rapid growth, which will reward exceptional individuals with opportunities for progression. You should be ambitious,self-motivated and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.

This exciting opportunity for **Sales Agents** to join our team**is **on a full time, permanent basis. You will receive a highly competitive basic salary, with an uncapped commission structure and achievable OTE of £50k pa**.**

We are **SuperBike Factory,** Europe’s largest used motorbike retailer, and we have opened a new site at Donington Park circuit. What once was the Donington Grand Prix Collection Museum has been transformed into a true Mecca for fans of motorcyclingand their families. The site has gone through a comprehensive refurbishment and looks fantastic With 2,000 motorbikes available to purchase across both sites, together with accessories to browse and an onsite café.

The existing 100,000 sq. ft Cheshire master site, with more than 1,300 bikes, a visible workshop area and comprehensive accessories shop, SuperBike Factory are Europe’s largest motorbike retailer. The addition of this impressive second site at Doningtonfirmly establishes the company as the ‘go to’ location when looking to buy, sell, part-exchange, or finance a motorbike.

With further expansion planned for next year we are anticipating a massive impact, now is a great time to join our Sales Team.

**Responsibilities as our Sales Agent will include**:

- Providing an exceptional customer experience through all levels of the sales process
- Assisting customers both in showroom and over the telephone with their purchase
- Managing and developing physical and digital sales enquiries
- Maximising sales volume and profitability, while delivering desirable customer outcomes
- Increasing the sale of additional products such as extended warranty and other upgrades
- Assisting management in maintaining and developing showroom standards and procedures
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family

**What we’re looking for in our Sales Agent**:

- Experience of working in a busy sales environment, ideally within the motor industry
- The ability to relate to people at all levels, build rapport and grow customer relationships
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive and ambition to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
- Strong work ethic and a great team player
- Motorcycle knowledge is beneficial, but not essential. We love all things bikes
