**About you**

**What you’ll be doing**

We are looking for a Customer Supply Coordinator to take responsibility for the reporting requirements of our Customer Relationship Team. Focussing mostly on customer service reporting (CSL Tracker) and aged stock monitoring (SLOBs), you will provide informationin a timely and accurate manner to enable management and colleagues to make optimal decisions and drive proactive actions that will improve customer service and minimise the risk of write off costs. Additionally, you’ll support the Customer Relationship Teamin providing accurate, consistent and efficient order management across multiple channels, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal/external customers, peers and management and our 3rd party suppliers.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Running the CSL tracker ??every working day and checking that the downloaded data is accurate
- Updating the CSL tracker with the reason codes for service failure by liasing with the Supply Chain managers and relevant site personnel for feedback on the reported reasons for service failure
- Updating and issuing the weekly CSL tracker by mid-afternoon each Tuesday
- Producing CSL reporting and analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Organising and assisting the Head of Logistics with the running of weekly SLOBs meeting
- Generating the data for review at the weekly SLOBs meeting and, at a pallet level, capturing the key actions for the stock outlook period under review
- Producing graphs and tables that show historical performance in various areas
- Answering all calls in a positive, timely, polite and professional manner, providing high levels of customer service including handling customer queries
- Acting as a central point of contact to process customer orders to agreed lead-times
- Providing a central point of contact for first call resolution on distribution queries
- Capturing and managing customer orders, ensuring these are processed efficiently, accurately and to company deadlines
- Liaising with Supply Chain on stock availability and delivery queries
- Feeding back information to customers regarding stock availability, where necessary
- Ensuring that customers and the Sales team are kept informed of order progress and of any changes to the order delivery schedules, through the logistics escalation process
- Investigating and reporting order discrepancies and failed deliveries, working with the Logistics team to resolve any issues
- Liaising with customers and the Commercial team to eliminate delivery refusals
- Managing stock returns in liaison with customers and 3rd party distribution providers
- Monitoring and resolving outstanding orders, ensuring overdue or obsolete orders are rescheduled or removed from the system
- Investigating order discrepancies and failed deliveries, reporting issue details and working with the Logistics team to resolve

**What you’ll get in return**

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
