**About you**

Are you an FMCG, supply chain professional with experience managing multi-site projects? Do you thrive on dealing with ambiguity and converting complex plans into simple communications for a range of internal and external stakeholders in order to get thejob done?

**What you’ll be doing**

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to ensure that product launches, changes and delists are executed on time. You’ll coordinate the activities of internal departments, external suppliers and customers in order to meet your customers’ expectations.This will include working collaboratively with our New Product Development, Technical, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams, internally, as well as customers and printers to ensure that new products/packaging are launched on time.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Implementing and maintaining effective project management and governance processes which are aligned across relevant business functions
- Ensuring that the project register is up to date and accurate at all times
- As part of a team of Product Lifecycle Managers, supporting the effective management of projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from initial concept development through to final evaluation and eventual de-list, supporting the team to ensure adequatecover for colleagues and a shared understanding/awareness of workload
- Being accountable, at a project level, for co-ordinating all cross-functional personnel and activities to ensure that new products/new packaging are launched on time
- Being accountable, at project level, for defining, monitoring and delivering critical project milestones and required product launch dates
- This role has no direct reports but requires the ability to influence others to achieve project goals

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00, with the option of working up to two days per week remotely and free, onsite parking.
