Are you an experienced insurance/financial services trainer bored of doing the same training day in and day out where you are just another cog in the wheel.
Offering flexible working, based in the Bristol City Centre, this is a brand new role where you will be working really closely with the 2 Directors who feel your input will be invaluable to the future of the business.
As a Training and Delivery Manager you will be responsible for all of the face to face training programmes from conception to delivery and feedback.
You will be an extremely organised and customer focused as you will be working towards tight deadlines manging multiple relationships including trainers and clients though out the entire training programme.
Working closely with the Directors, Account Managers and the digital designers, you are required write and deliver training to an exceptionally high standard. With direct line management responsibility for a growing team of employed and associate trainers,you will ensure an excellent level of service is delivered to all clients and learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- ILM Centre Manager and lead ILM content development, delivery standards and digital development.
- Delivery of face to face training courses (full and half days) and facilitation of modular based training programmes.
- Creating innovative face to face and virtual course content, handouts, activities and slide decks in line with company standards and branding.
- Developing eLearning course content and growing our blended learning approach.
- Writing and developing course content for client Training Toolkits.
- Work closely with the Account Managers to prepare proposals, courses outlines and attend client meetings as required.
- Overseeing the updates for our portfolio of training courses and programmes and research new industry training ideas and concepts.
