**What you’ll do at C2C**
This role is a remote position, with occasional travel required. Your typical deliverables will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure high standards of delivery by monitoring work submitted and running group consistency sessions
- Champion personal development among all staff by making referrals to the Development QA team
- Facilitate EQA sessions, acting as an ambassador for C2C in both quality of work and processes
- Taking part in continuous professional development, including completion of own qualifications
**About you**
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 or more years experience within Funeral Care
- Desirable: Level 4 TAQA or equivalent
- You must be professional and confident, with the ability to articulate yourself well both verbally and in writing
- Desirable: Have Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualification
