As a result of continued growth, our client needs additional support for up to 12 months. Working with the Head of HR you will ensure specific HR projects are delivered. These projects will vary and include:
- Support a number of TUPE projects, providing the best possible experience to those involved
- Ensure the HR team deliver a really positive onboarding experience for everyone
- Support the ever evolving EDI agenda, which is hugely important to the business
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Advise on complex ER cases when necessary
The role can be 3, 4 or 5 days per week
