Reporting to the current Head of HR your responsibility for leading and developing a small HR team that provides the day-to
- day operational HR support to managers and employees.

Key deliverables include:

- Build credible relationships across the business with managers and employees alike
- Deliver the people strategy
- Develop and improve people policies and processes
- Be a coach to the leaders in the business, providing guidance and advice on people matters
- Champion and develop the use of technology & HRIS to enhance HR delivery & service and improve efficiencies
- Design and implement policy and processes that ensure the business is able to attract talent and develop its capability
- Recruit into senior roles
- Create employee engagement initiatives driving the colleague engagement agenda
- Coach and support managers in realising the value of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in the business
- Identify creative and affordable solutions in line with the business strategy to enhance the reward/benefits packages available to colleagues
- Support leaders and managers bring the company strategy and values to life and facilitate people plans
- Recognise and appropriately reward good performance
- Be proactive in dealing with poor performance
- Support the business ensuring that robust succession planning and structures are in placeDevelop the HR team
