Global Customer Success Lead

Blair West are working with Inflo Software, a fast-paced, agile, and rapidly scaling technology company. In the six and a half years since founding, they have established themselves as an innovative and impactful tech business, securing a global customerbase of high-profile accounting firms.
**The Role**:
- Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you will be accountable for developing and implementing Customer Success strategies across Inflo’s global customer base.
- Develop and implement Inflo’s global strategy for customer expansion and retention in support of Inflo’s overall business strategy.
- Drive global initiatives to improve customer onboarding, retention and expansion processes through effective touchpoints, interactions, and engagements with the Inflo product and brand across the customer lifecycle.
- Bring an analytical and rigorous approach to customer experience processes and decision-making using data, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Develop relationships with strategic customers to help shape customer success strategy.
**Your Experience**:
- Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar leadership roles within a B2B SaaS environment (at least a team of 5+ people).
- Have experience within the accounting, tax and audit software industry.
- Have a demonstrable track record of driving, coaching, developing, and managing a team, and a true passion for growing and mentoring others to be successful.
- Have multiple years’ experience of working in a Customer Success role.
- Have experience driving cross and upsell activity, driving software adoption and leveraging customer success best practices to ensure growth and excellent NPS scores.
