**Business Development & Relationship Manager**

**Salary: £30k-£60k base salary (DOE) + Commission**

In practice, this means finding both savings and stability inchallenging trading environments, moving to an anticipatory model of servicing business and personal customers, and collaborating with industry partners to develop new and compelling product and service offerings.

We are now looking to hire for the role of Business Development & Relationship Manager to take responsibility for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal and onboarding.

**About the role**:
Currency Solutions are passionate about helping their clients have more control over their payments by providing them with Virtual IBAN accounts and providing expertise in foreign exchange and hedging strategies with the use of our state-of-the-art onlinetrading platform. We also understand the benefits of personal service, so we will always be there for our client’s needs with a dedicated Account Manager ready to help. From speaking with the customer, you will be able to offer the best product and serviceto satisfy the client’s needs. This will give them the confidence to further expand their international business presence.

Duties related to the role:

- Build and develop a portfolio of customers directly and through partnerships
- Maintain the relationship with customers from acquisition to retention
- Maintain client relationships and retain business through active outbound calls and relevant market updates
- Perform portfolio analysis on existing customers
- Accurately quote and manage margins effectively
- At least 2 years’ experience working in client acquisition in the FX and payments environment for Virtual IBAN accounts
- Strong analytical skills.
- Have a strong presence and conviction when dealing with customers both face to face and online.
- Be a strong and articulate communicator.
- Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service experience.
- Ability to understand new concepts and product knowledge.
- Ability to articulate these concepts/products in the client's language.
