Totum Partners are delighted to be recruiting for an international law firm based in London. The firm has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade, with increased revenue of more than 25% outside the UK. The purpose of this role is to provide supportto partners and teams to build a pricing function to meet the requirements of the firm and you will be reporting to the Head of Pricing.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Working along with the Reporting and Analysis and Revenue teams, supporting with analysis on client rates, fee structures, and discounts.
- Advising the partners on how to enhance profitability by informing them
- Coordinating with the Business Development team involving pricing and fee arrangements inquiries, participating in the preparation of RFP responses and presentations
- Preparing budgets, producing, and reviewing reports relating to pricing
- Analysing the financial effects of the current rate agreements and adjusting and proposing agreements as appropriate
- Proposing policies and procedures that align with the firm’s strategic client fee arrangements.
- Creating summaries of a variety of types of fee arrangements in the firm such as fixed fees, capped fees, and contingent fees.
- Cultivate a great understanding of the Evaluate pricing tool, and deliver functional and administrative assistance, working alongside the Financial System team.
- Preserve a great understanding of the firm’s phase templates
- Deliver training to the firm on the Evaluate pricing tool
- Providing support in the annual rate-setting procedure such as exception rate review
- Providing training to the partners and fee earners in the use of Evaluate pricing tool and development of budgets
- Create phase templates/work types with the Head of Groups and assist with any queries they require
