**Summary**:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and organised people to provide administrative support in a Human Resource (HR) environment. These are new roles and this will be an exciting opportunity for those looking to join a busy team and expand their knowledge of the HR function. It’s not essential that you have experience of working in HR, we’re looking for people who have a desire to learn.

**Job description**:
We have two different types of HR roles available.

**Learning Support based in Leeds which will involve**:

- Resolving queries received from the business, both verbal and written.
- Booking of internal and external training facilities.
- Administration of the Learning Management System - including management of learner accounts, booking new employees onto relevant learning events and resolving any difficulties in individuals attending events.
- Supporting front line trainers in the smooth running of events. This may include contacting venues with a list of attendees, following up non-attendance at events and collating feedback.
- Collating and providing statistics for L&D management team to feed into agency wide reporting.
- Offer support to emerging learning technologies as and when appropriate.
- Monitor event waiting lists and allocate spare places where appropriate to ensure workshops are full where possible.
- Support the wider learning and development team with ad hoc tasks where appropriate.

**Recruitment Support based in Leeds, Manchester or Plymouth will involve**:

- Inputting scores and feedback onto a bespoke website at different stages of the recruitment process.
- Downloading and sending out information packs for panel members.
- Booking rooms and Microsoft Teams meetings for interviews.
- Working closely with internal and external colleagues to update our pay systems.
- Liaising with stakeholders to keep them updated on new starters into the Agency.
- Ordering IT equipment for new joiners.

**Responsibilities**:**
Person Specification**

We’re looking for people who have:

- The ability to work quickly, calmly and efficiently with high levels of accuracy.
- Good oral and written communication skills as the role will involve supporting a wide range of customers.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively.
- An understanding of how to deliver a quality service to their customers by understanding their needs and expectations.
- The Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You also need to be an excellent team player who can work flexibly to understand the needs of both your immediate team and the wider team you’ll support.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Good communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- IT literate with experience using MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of recruitment or experience of working in HR.
- Experience of inputting data with high levels of accuracy.

We offer a range of flexible working options, a generous leave allowance that starts at 25 days and goes up to 30 days after 5 years’ service and a pension scheme.
