About The Role
**_PHS Credit Controller _**:

- We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to form part of our large Credit Management Team at our Head Offices in Caerphilly.Here you will be responsible for mainly outbound customer contact to facilitate both pre-due payments and arrears,alongside identifying and resolving any queries for the customer at an early stage._
**_A day in the life of a Credit Controller at PHS:_**:

- _The collection of aged debt over 35 days._
- _Pro-actively contacting customer with debts that are pre-due. _
- _Using our predictive dial system to efficiently contact our clients. _
- _Responding to any customer contact to resolve any queries._
- _Liaising with colleagues to discuss, support and share knowledge regularly._
- _Credit Management experience._
- _An ability to be Customer Focused._
- _Be organised, assertive with great communication skills. _
- _An ability to work towards targets and deadlines._

**_In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive:_**:

- _An annual basic salary of £20,000.00_
- _23 days annual leave plus bank holidays_
- _36.25 hour working week
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)._
