**Specification Sales Manager**
Most of your time will be winning new specifications, however there is also the opportunity to break spec with the Main Contractors themselves. Therefore, someone who is hungry, ambitious, and can spot an opportunity in this market will do very well.

**We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- Have a good background in construction industry sales
- A history of selling into commercial projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understands the supply chain in the market
- Activity driven
- Is able to learn the technical aspects of product
- Full & Clean Driving licence
**Salary**: up to £45k DOE + 20%-40% bonus + Car + Pension + 23 days holiday
