Maintenance Person

**Key Responsibilities**
- **General Maintenance**: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, joinery, painting, decorating, and gutters.
- **Building Maintenance**: Ensure the upkeep of the building's structure, including regular inspections and repairs.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain heating, lighting, and other essential equipment.
- **Health and Safety**: Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- **Team Support**: Assist and supervise the maintenance team as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance tasks.
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical repairs, joinery, and painting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
