**The Position**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant based in our new Elvetham office, supporting one Director and regional staff. We are looking for an individual who shares our energy and passion and will help to contribute to our ongoing success. This role provides an opportunity to develop responsibilities over time and work on ad hoc projects as they become available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting one Director, a management accountant and four regional managers with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis, including contract setup using Euroforest systems and procedures.
- Maintaining the areas electronic filing systems, databases and spreadsheets; ensuring all are up-to-date.
- Filing of papers and contract documentation, photocopying and distribution of papers where necessary.
- Collating weekly customer data and professionally resolving queries.
- Answering incoming calls and professionally dealing with client queries to the department and taking messages as appropriate.
- Organising incoming/outgoing mail for the office.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, signing them in and providing hospitality.
- Meeting rooms and meetings - assist with the preparation and tidying of the meeting rooms.

- Good attention to detail
- Organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and varying deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
