The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for our client near Hartley Witney on a temp to perm basis. We are seeking somebody with a can-do attitude who is looking for maybe their first step into an office working Monday to Friday, within the operations team.
**Rate of pay**
- £10.77 to £12.31 (depending on experience)
**Hours of work**
- 08:30-17:30
- ** Monday to Friday**
**Responsibilities of the Administrator will include but not be limited to**
- Remaining aware of pricing structures within the business
- Log jobs through a 3rd party system
- Keeping excel spreadsheet updated
- Managing change requests that have been created by other members of the team
- Accepting and then entering customer orders onto the 3rd party system
**Requirements of the Administrator**
A want to start a career within admin
A professional outlook
Ability to work as part of a small team
Able to manage, prioritise and organise your workload
Ability to use the Microsoft outlook, word and Excel programs
