Supply Chain Manager S&OP

An outstanding opportunity at a global, dynamic and highly respected life sciences organisation. Reporting to the Head of Global Planning, the Global S&OP Sr. Manager is responsible for improving profitability by leading the Global Sales & Operational Planning(S&OP) process.This role drives cross-functional performance of global planning analytics, tools and processes to recommend campaign supply strategies and SKU/volume allocations which deliver optimum customer service, maximize revenue/gross margin and minimizewrite-offs against the demand forecasts.

Duration: Till end of the year

Pay rate: 200 per day PAYE only

Role Duties:
Inspire the Global Supply Chain Analyst (S&OP) to continuously improve the execution of the monthly cycle of demand collection, scenario planning and supply allocation for the global internal/external manufacturing network.

Build Bridges in driving collaboration, innovation and effectiveness through the monthly S&OP cycle for Product Launch Review, Clinical Trials, Demand reviews, Supply reviews, Sales & Marketing Review, and Global Supply Review.

As the S&OP Business Process Owner, ignite agility across the Global Operations network and Commercial operations through effective and efficient digital transformation of the global planning systems and business processes.

Continuously improve the harmonisation, integration and quality of the supply network capacity and manufacturing cycle master data in support of both the monthly S&OP process and for the annual update of the network strategy.

Drive and continuously improve the Campaign Supply Lock process to ensure effective collaboration with the Global Operations and Commercial Operations organizations to deliver a locked supply plan that meets both market requirements and Operations/Qualitysupply capabilities.

Partner with Campaign Management Sr. Manager to coordinate effective transition of Campaign Supply Lock requirements to Campaign Execution plan for manufacturing, batch release and shipment schedules for all products, including ensuring SAP master data complieswith approved network matrix and agreed assumptions.

Skills / Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent discipline required.

S&OP process leadership with experience in both Demand and Supply planning

SAP or similar ERP system dexterity and understanding

Sophisticated Excel user

An affinity for digital technology; able to obtain high performance from advanced planning tools

Collaborative; inspires trust, communicates clearly and effectively

Comfortable with ambiguity, able to distill key decisions from complex data and environment

Entrepreneurial; Self-starting, capable to identify new opportunities and deliver

Business Savvy; experience articulating issues such that they resonate with senior management
