**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Office Facilities Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide admin support to the Executive Assistant
- Assist with incoming business calls
- Assist with boardroom meeting set ups
- Greet clients at reception
- Keep stationary stock levels up to date
- Keep kitchen supplies levels also up to date
- Arrange lunches for office meetings
- Assist with organising company social events
- Provide general office facilities management assistance and support

Experience & Qualifications:

- Proven office administration experience essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good team player
