The Property Manager is a brand-new, important and influential role that will contribute significantly to Goleudy’s property strategy and operations.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Goleudy’s relatively small property portfolio, ensuring the houses, offices and project spaces are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with legal and contractual obligations. You will also carryout Housing Management duties for our residential projects, including managing voids, rent collection and contracts.

The role would suit a hands-on Property specialist, with a drive for continuous improvement and a passion for the positive impact good quality properties can have on those who live and work within them.

You will need to be organised, demonstrating strong attention to detail and skilled at delivering multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You will need to be a good communicator, demonstrating resilience and energy to manage maintenance and renovationprojects effectively.

This is an exciting and varied role requiring initiative and autonomy within a small but growing team.
