We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator and Valuer to join our busy team in South Tyneside and Wearside.

We have a branch network across the whole of the North East, and are looking for someone to support our branches in South Tyneside and Wearside with Residential Lettings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and grow their career in lettings and within the Andrew Craig company.

We are a one stop property shop covering everything from residential sales and lettings, commercial property, auctions, land and new homes, property management, conveyancing and survey.

**What you will be doing**
- Liaising with and building relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Negotiating lets
- Booking and carrying out Lettings Valuations
- Preparing marketing materials for properties
- Maximise lettings income
- Liaising with property management and sales departments
- Target new business

**What you will have**
- Previous lettings experience
- A confident, friendly, and professional approach with clients
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Relationship building skills
- Good negotiation, sales, and marketing skills
- The ability to work to targets and the determination to achieve personal and team targets
- Clean driving licence
