Salary**:£16,250 - £20,000 (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits)**
Hours**:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm

**Job description**

South Kensington is popular with a wide demographic of residents including families, young professionals and students. The area has a large variety of amenities, in particular the array of independent and chain restaurants, cafés and bars around the tubestation and along Old Brompton Road. South Kensington is especially popular with tourists due to the number of museums in the area: the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum. The Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle and ImperialCollege University are important landmarks that bring families and students to the local area.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our busy South Kensington Lettings team. We’re looking for an exceptional salesperson who is passionate about property and takes pride in delivering the highest service levels 100% of the time. Most importantlyof all, you must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.

**Main duties**
- Qualifying new applicants
- Arranging and carrying-out viewings
- Providing a first-class service to all stake holders
- Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them.
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
- Managing the process from an offer being agreed to Tenancy Agreements being sign, through to move-in
