**ER Advisor | South East | Full Time | 12 Month Contract | c£45,000-£50,000**

An excellent opportunity for an experienced ER specialist to join a national organisation in the construction industry, supporting their ER casework on a 12 month contract covering a Maternity leave with potential for it to become permanent.

**The role is offering hybrid working and you will have a choice of which office you can work in. The office locations are: Brentwood, Essex, Tonbridge, Kent, Leatherhead, Surrey, Winchester or Hook, Hampshire with a monthly visit to the High Wycombearea.**

**You must be commutable to one of these locations two days a week.**

You will ideally be available for an immediate start or on a short notice period (no more than a month) and be able to commit to the full 12 months. There is potential for the role to go permanent after the initial 12 month contract

**Duties**:

- Working closely to support the HR Business Partners with delivering the wider HR strategy
- Provide advice to managers on employment law and general queries
- Manage the complete process for Employee Relation case work.
- Deliver upskilling workshops and other learning interventions.
- Drive improvement in HR support services, delivering a great service in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong ER casework experience across high volume, complex cases
- Excellent Employment Law knowledge
- Ideally CIPD qualified or have extensive comparable work experience
- Ability to build credible working relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills
- Pro-active and resilient approach
