We're on the hunt for a talented Presentation Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. As the go-to expert in PowerPoint, your design skills will be put to the test creating stunning presentations that truly showcase N2O and our exclusive retail partners.

But that's not all - you'll also be tasked with designing marketing and brand assets that accurately reflect our company's ethos and style. Collaborating closely with the team, you'll report to the Marketing Communications Director, and ensure that all internal and external communications align with our brand and pack a visual punch.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Designing visually stunning presentations that will impress key stakeholders and leave a lasting impression.
- Creating custom graphics, charts, and other visuals that will help to visually illustrate the story in a compelling way.
- Taking ownership of our brand templates, ensuring they are always up to date, agency-proof, and consistently applied across all presentations.
- Designing compelling marketing and communications assets for various channels on an ad hoc basis, ensuring our brand remains consistent and impactful across all mediums.
- Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, while consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ensuring that all presentations meet our high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Providing feedback and guidance to other team members to help them improve their presentation and design skills.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to continuously improve our presentation design capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in PowerPoint and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Incredible design skills, including the ability to create custom graphics and visuals.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for collaboration and teamwork.
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while still delivering the most extraordinary results.
- Animation skills are a plus, but not required.
- A portfolio showcasing your amazing presentation designs.

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
