About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Content Designer / E-Commerce Marketing Assistant to take ownership of our digital content and online marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, creating engaging content, and helping drive online growth through strong visuals, emails, and product presentation.

You will be responsible for creating content, supporting the website, and managing email marketing through Klaviyo.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design

  • Create digital content including graphics, product banners, landing page assets, short-form videos and social media posts
  • Maintain consistent brand style across all designs
  • Produce product imagery, reels, stories and promotional content

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Build and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Create templates, flows and automations
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with campaign ideas, seasonal promotions, and content planning
  • Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and projects independently

E-Commerce & Website Support

  • Support homepage updates, merchandising and promotional activity

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing, e-commerce or content creation role
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma)
  • Experience using Klaviyo
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Creative thinker with strong visual awareness

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Photography or videography skills
  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO or paid advertising
