Wessex International supply specialist equipment for agricultural work and ground care. Our busy Sales team are at the forefront of the business, taking calls and liaising with a range of people and we need an office administrator to assist them. This is an exciting time to join our expanding company

**Specific criteria of the role includes**:
**Essential**:

- Customer service experience with an excellent telephone manner
- The ability to interpret telephone requests and clearly relay messages and requests to colleagues, verbally and in writing
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Type and word-process various documents
- The ability to work in a team and from your own initiative
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Work in a safe and considerate manner
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet targets while maintaining accuracy

**Preferred**:

- Sales experience: cross selling products and upselling where possible
- Experience using financial and ordering programs such as CRM or Exchequer
- Experience of financial administration such as processing invoices
- Stationary ordering

**Experience**:

- Customer service experience, 1 year (essential)
- Administration experience, 1 year (preferred)
- Knowledge of the ground care and agriculture industry would be advantageous but can be trained

Our working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 40 hours per week with a 1 hour lunch break each day. No weekend working will be required.

Salary £22,000 - £28,000 per annum - our offer will be dependent on experience and the criteria met
