**Training Coordinator | Maidstone | Full-time | Permanent | £24,000 - £27,000**

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Training Coordinator to join their well-respected organisation based in Maidstone.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be joining an established HR team to support the organisation with all of their training, learning and development needs.

This role will be working onsite daily with a small amount of home working available.

Free parking is available. Very occasional travel may be required to their sister site within the Kent area.

**Role Duties**:

- Work closely with the recruitment team to develop and deliver a clear induction process for new starters.
- Deliver training to new starters and update all systems with training completed.
- Arrange internal and external training including organising the events including booking venues.
- Regularly review training needs and book training courses for employees
- Work closely with the finance team to create the training budget
- Responsible for overseeing critical safety training for organisation
- Manage the apprentice levy training budget along with the administration of the apprentice levy
- Work with the relevant teams to create a clear career development pathway for employees
- Update all training databases and personnel files accurately
- Manage and facilitate the work experience programme
- Assist HR team on ad hoc projects
- A minimum of two years’ experience required in a similar training/L&D/HR role.
- Experience of delivering training and leading on training projects
- Experience of working within a large, diverse organisation
- CIPD Level 3 qualification desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent Microsoft and IT skills
- Strong team player
