BIM Coordinator

Overview: An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a highly regarded landscape architecture and urban design team on a contract basis. This role will play a crucial part in driving and managing BIM processes across a range of UK and international projects - ensuring design quality, technical excellence, and efficient delivery. Working within a collaborative, design-led studio environment, this position offers a great balance of creativity and technical responsibility, with the flexibility of a hybrid setup. Key Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and deliver project-specific BIM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across Revit, ACC/BIM360, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and SketchUp. Mentor and train team members on BIM best practices, workflows, and emerging digital tools. Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows in alignment with ISO 19650. Develop and manage detailed Revit models for landscape and urban design projects. Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts across disciplines. Produce 3D visualizations and supporting materials for design development and presentations.
