Our purpose within Capita Experience is to be experts in designing, transforming, and delivering frictionless experiences for the Life Moments that really matter for our clients and their customers. The Client Partner role is instrumental in helping us pivot from a primarily transactional BPO service provider to a transformational partner for our clients across multiple sectors, including Retail Banking, Mortgages, Insurance, Pensions and Motor Finance. Client Partners will shape and sell solutions which underpin clients’ engagement with their customers, leveraging an exciting mix of innovative, digitally enabled, products and services.

As well as delivering the Capita Experience growth plans for the clients they serve in the sub-Market in which they operate, Client Partners will drive a shift in Capita’s revenue mix by selling higher-value consulting and digital transformation services and in doing so, move up the client value chain of our clients.

As one of our Client Partners, you will support the Business Development team by delivering relevant market insight and analysis and originating new opportunities. You will also support the Consult & Transform and the Delivery Engagement Leads, and work with Technology, to create access to their clients and Market to support growth. You will support client relationship development and overall relationship escalations.

Our Client Partners will in turn be supported by sales, solution and bid expertise in the Business Development team, strategic insight, innovation, and product capability from the Strategy & Product team and by the Consult & Transform and Delivery teams to deliver transition, transformation, and service delivery commitments to our clients.

You will also work alongside Divisional functional Business Partners to maximise the financial and commercial performance of client P&Ls, ensure that we deliver what we sell, and ensure that enterprise risk is managed within tolerance and delivered in line with our responsible business principles.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Driving revenue, margin and free cashflow growth in Capita Experience
- Directly managing the relationship and growth opportunities with Financial Services clients on a day-to-day basis
- Developing, maintaining, and executing the account development plan for existing clients and nominated sector prospects
- Supporting the Market MD to deliver the Division’s Market P&L and, by type of work / mix of work, delivering on their in-year business plan.
- Finding and developing opportunities with new clients, aligned with the Market Vertical strategy
- Identifying new tactical and strategic opportunities to expand share of wallet with existing clients
- Delivering Business Plan targets for existing clients through commercial management
- Originating new logo business by developing and growing new client relationships, including generating account leads
- Ensuring contractual compliance, working closely with commercial and delivery ‘horizontals’
- Improving client NPS for allocated accounts within the market vertical
- Supporting regulatory compliance of allocated accounts, working closely with the Risk & Compliance team
- Leading client innovation & ideation sessions and client QBRs
