Look no further Our busy award-winning Architect practice, located in Lincoln, is seeking an Admin and Finance administrator to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers the potential for full-time employment based on experience and performance. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and institutional projects, we take pride in our attention to detail and collaborative approach. We have an already large and growing client base of property developers and investors who provide us with repeat work due to our caring, empathetic approach, delivering excellent service and understanding of how to maximise the potential in their developments. We focus on the residential sector, from house conversions, HMO properties, student accommodation, commercial conversions, one off house designs and developer housing. It is our company’s mission to provide better quality homes and environments for everyone and are looking for someone who has experience in office and finance administration to help continue our success.

**Main Duties / Key Results Areas**
- Handling financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciling bank statements.
- Ability to work sensitively and confidentially with a good understanding of GDPR.
- Preparing and processing financial documents, such as purchase orders, expense reports, and payroll.
- Supporting the office with general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with project coordination, document management, and maintaining project files.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
**Job Factors**
- Previous experience in administrative and/or finance roles is necessary.
- Proficiency in using accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of the architectural industry is preferred, but not essential.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
