The Company

A fantastic opportunity to join a Beauty business on a real growth trajectory, with recent investment to take them to the next level. They have an incredibly unique story to tell, continually evolving but maintaining a unique proposition in the ever-changing environment that is today’s beauty landscape. There is both a field and Head Office based team, but a strong collaboration between the two.

The essence of the role

This role is suitable for someone who has strong experience within the UK market (Boots, Superdrug, the Grocers). This is a standalone role so you will work closely with the MD, and holding full P&L responsibility for all UK and global sales. You will be full of energy with a tenacious and team playing attitude. An articulate pitching style and flawless presentation skills are a must. This would suit someone who is wanting to do equal parts AM and BD. For the right commercially astute individual, this is a phenomenal opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Scope of the SNAM/Head of Sales role
- Develop and manage new business and existing accounts, with fantastic and mutually beneficial relationships
- Constructing an effective sales strategy supporting growth across the board
- Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
- Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met

Prerequisites
- Significant experience within the beauty industry
- Experience within relevant accounts (on and offline)
- Strong new business and R2M capabilities
- Able to work to multiple time critical paths with excellent negotiating skills
- Skilled at pulling together proposals and strategies, utilising these to make sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
