To provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, Clinical Director and Medicine Management Team.
- Provide cross sire cover and support to enable co-operation with and amongst teams
- To demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills dealing with a wide range of NHS staff and external agencies/organisations.
- Provide an efficient and comprehensive PA service to the Divisional Director of Nursing and the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations maintaining a high professional standard at all times, ensuring efficient and effective support is provided.
- Support other administrative staff / Divisional PAs in Medicine and Integrated Care Division to provide a seamless front of house administration service.
- To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Medicine and Integrated Care team.
- To manage and prioritise a busy workload for the Medicine and Integrated Management team using a high level of initiative.
- To demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide range of NHS staff and external agencies/organisations.
