**Current Team Information**

The Development Services Divisional Finance Team support 10 divisions and approximately 2,000 people. The team comprises of 1 UK Finance Director, 4 Divisional Finance Managers and 1 Finance Apprentice.

**About this role**

This role is to support the finance professionals carrying out their duties providing financial information to their respective divisions.

Day to day work duties will include:

- Preparation of financial reports.
- Data analysis and reconciliations.
- Adjustments in the finance system.
- Preparation of ad hoc financial analysis.
- Assist the UK Finance Director with coordination of various Technology groups.
- Attend meetings where required and prepare minutes and action lists.

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out adhoc duties as and when required.

You will be reporting to Greg Smith, UK Finance Director.

**How you’ll make an impact**

Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload, work as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.

- Punctual, reliable, keen and enthusiastic
- Thirst for knowledge and self-motivation

**Training**

Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship. Full on the job training provided.

**Career development**
