Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide support to sales team by analyzing sales data and identifying trends
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a liaison or customer service role preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
