**Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer**

**Location: Kingston Upon Thames**

**Salary: £28,000**

Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a large maintenance contractor who is currently seeking an RLO for their social housing repairs and maintenance contract around the Kingston Upon Thames area.

**Summary**:
Your key responsibilities as an RLO are to ensure that the tenants are updated for all planned work, queries are dealt with in a timely manner and complaints are investigated and findings shared.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
- Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
- For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.
- Work with the Contract Manager to make sure that the client is informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.
- Visit tenants when required.

**Required**:

- Previous experience in an RLO position
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities
- Good geographical understanding of the area
- Experienced in MS Office including Word and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
