Clerical Officer - Band 2 - 22.5 hours - Permanent
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Community Administration service. This post will work within Ashton locality providing full clerical support to Health Care Professional teams that are based within the community clinics.
Working as part of a team, the post holder will act as the first point of contact for all community serviceusers therefore the post holder must have the ability to deal with the general public and have a positive approach to customer care. Administration experience is essential as you will be expected to undertake a full range of clerical tasks.
Community clinics currently operate between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, however the Community Administration service is contracted to work between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
This post will be working within the Ashton Locality covering Crickets Lane clinic & Stalybridge Clinic and Mossley Health Centre. The days of work to be discussed at interview.
