Role profile:
A highly motivated individual with understanding of digital assets and blockchain.

In this role, the individual will support the Head of Ecosystem and Partnerships - Digital Assets in identifying, evaluating, and progressing collaborations with key players across the blockchain and traditional finance landscape.

Role responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis on digital asset and DLT ecosystems, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential partners across the value chain.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and business cases for internal and external discussions across multiple asset classes and cross jurisdictions.
- Help track and coordinate ongoing partner engagements and support follow-ups from meetings and events.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, technology, legal, compliance, strategy, etc.) to gather inputs for partnership assessments and business case discussions.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing tools to support team alignment and decision-making.
- Monitor key trends and inform business strategy accordingly

Essential experience and skills required:

- Experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, strategy, ideally with exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or emerging technology
- Strong research and synthesis skills - able to distil complex ecosystems and partnerships into structured insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for internal senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercial acumen and interest in how new technologies can enable business model innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
