We are working with an outstanding Architectural practice that has recently opened up a new office in the heart of Exeter
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a rapidly growing practice that works in a variety of sectors. The practice designs and delivers inspirational buildings to enhance the experience of the communities
Having already established itself in Cambridge, this multi-award-winning practice has now opened its brand-new office in Exeter
The key sectors that you will be involved in consist of education, higher education, science, residential, retirement living & care and sports & leisure. You will work collaboratively with clients and the Cambridge office in order to understand their needs,objectives and personal aspirations.
Their privately and publicly funded projects range from under £100K to £40M+ but do not think that they receive different levels of dedication This reputable practice gives the same amount of attention and dedication to all of their projects, and some haveeven won very highly regarded awards
In the new Exeter office, you will be working closely with an ARB Architect to initiate, design and complete projects in a whole variety of sectors and stages. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is confident in their abilities, able to workindependently and motivated to learn and progress with their career. Along with this, you must be eager and keen to aid the development of a brand-new office
Part 2 Architectural Assistant/Exeter:
- Part 2 qualified/experience in practice
- Competent, work independently, motivated and confident
- Utilise Revit - not a dealbreaker as they can provide training, but it will be highly advantageous
- Keen to aid the development of a brand-new office
- Work in a variety of sectors - healthcare, education, residential, commercial, mixed-use and science, etc.
- Collaboratively work with the Architect in Exeter and other colleagues in the Cambridge office
The salary for this position is dependent on the individual's experience and capabilities - RIBA Guideline: £25K - £30K.
