We are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Graduate / Assistant Architectural Technologist to join our Exeter office. Anchored by the KK Way, training and development sits at the heart of our business empowering staff to achieve their authentic best.

Collaborate in the preparation of planning applications, Building Regulation submissions and other project documentation.
After a period of probation and as your confidence grows, begin to operate more autonomously providing strategic advice allied to your professional background.
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.
Contract administration, valuation and certification including chairing meetings with associated document preparation.
Graduate / undergraduate of Architectural Technology (anticipating minimum 2:1 for Graduate applications).
Valid UK driving licence
Willing to travel by car and/or public transport in support of day-to-day work.
Basic CAD knowledge (full training given for our systems).
Kendall Kingscott (KK) is a UK-based, multidisciplinary construction consultancy of architects, building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, principal designers (CDM), principal designers (Building Safety Act), interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers and other personnel.
