Job DescriptionArchitectural TechnologistLocation : Exeter (beautiful studio setting)Position : Full-Time PermanentSalary : CompetitiveAre you an experienced architectural technologist looking to join a thriving studio known for delivering complex high-value projects with a focus on technical excellence and design innovationBased in a beautifully located office in Exeter you'll work on ambitious projects that shape meaningful spaces and communities. You'll play a key role in transforming design concepts into technically sound designs and collaborating closely with architects, consultants and clients.We welcome applications from both chartered and non-chartered technologists. However you must have proven experience across all RIBA stages (07).ResponsibilitiesLead the technical delivery of large complex architectural projects.Produce accurate technical and construction drawings using Revit.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical designs and documentation.Manage planning and building regulations submissions.Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure design intent is upheld.Ensure best practice use of Revit across project teams.Apply strong technical knowledge to develop robust buildable and sustainable solutions.Skills & ExperienceDegree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.Advanced Revit proficiency is essential.Experience across RIBA Stages 07.Full UK driving licence.Chartered status (MCIAT) is welcome but not required.Key SkillsHR & PayrollLifting EquipmentCADAdministration And SecretarialArchitectureEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
