Administrative Coordinator
2 days ago
Would you like to be part of a vibrant, enthusiastic team, within a growing division of one of the UK’s largest business supplies dealers? If so, we may just have the perfect role for you.
We require an additional Coordinator to complement our expanding Print & Promotional Gift Team at our brand-new Head Office in Bromborough. The new recruit will work together with our existing administrative team, our sales force and our customers, to provide administrative support in a growing division.
The role offers the right applicant the ability to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced, commercial working environment, in a business that looks to promote from within and continually develop staff. Working with well-known household names, you'll be a part of a team that helps businesses to promote their company through printed marketing and branded gifts.
In a team environment, your main duties will include:
Working with our administration team, sales force and directly with our customers to provide quotations and process Print/Promotional Gift orders
Liaising with our production team to ensure an accurate workflow
Liaising with suppliers to monitor incoming purchase orders
The successful applicant will;
- be comfortable using Microsoft based programmes (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- have good organisation skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- possess good written and verbal communication skills to develop business relationships with our customers
- be highly motivated and willing to learn
Experience within a Print environment would be advantageous but not essential. Successful applicants will be given comprehensive product and system training. We're not necessarily looking for the finished article, but someone that up for a challenge and happy to learn.
We require all applicants to providing a covering letter with their CV, explaining the reasons why they believe they would be a good fit for the role.
