**Learning Design & Project Partner**

**Burton-On-Trent (Agile working - 2 days office based/in pub a week)**

As our L&D team expands, we are looking to recruit a Learning Design & Project Partner here at Greene King.

**Role Purpose**

You will support the business in the development of creative, innovative and effective learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
Working with key stakeholders and SMEs you will provide expertise in solutions using robust project plans. This may involve both creation and curation of solutions across digital, social, or face-to-face.
You will work closely with the Digital Learning Producers to involve them in the design process: taking input on design ideas before making proposals and providing them with the information needed to produce required solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review project requests through the lens of how they align to other L&D strategic projects and the wider organisational goals
- Propose effective solutions to address the root cause of performance or behavioural gaps: this may be the design of learning interventions or may be suggestions to address other causes not related to learning
- When learning interventions are identified, collaborate with the Learning Design Producers to propose appropriate learning assets needed to address the root cause: these could be eLearning, face-to-face learning, on-the-job resources, video, or audio media;or (as in most cases) a blend of different formats. These will be linked to understanding the needs and learning preferences of the targeted audience.
- Ensure all details for the deployment of learning (who, what, where, when) are defined and communicated, and all learning interventions have a robust comms plan. This may involve supporting project stakeholders or, in the case of L&D strategic projects,managing the comms and deployment plans directly.

**About you**
- Use of Microsoft 365 to manage workload, team communication, data gathering and data analysis e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Learning & Development / Learning Design qualification or demonstrable experience desired
- Project management qualification or relevant experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of learning technology: different learning formats and deployment methods
- Use of creative design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud to produce other formats of digital learning is favourable but not essential
- Able to analyse business problems using data gathering and questioning techniques
- Supportive of your team and colleagues - aligned to the strategy and objectives
- Customer and user focussed - using this to influence design
- Innovative and open to new ideas and ways of working - committed to continuing your education in performance coaching, learning design and learning technology
- Creative - able to take learning needs and propose new engaging solutions for users to experience
