**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR **
We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist with a sparkling personality to join our fantastic team
As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills gained through experience in a similar role.
In order to deliver an exceptional five star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO **
You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to each and every guest,. you will also be responsible for showing them around the facilities on arrival and providing advice and assistance whenever required.
Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain both a detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell to guests.
