Established in 2009, we are a rapidly expanding, independent electrical wholesaler company supplying electrical contractors, installers, facilities managers, commercial/industrial users and the general public with a wide range of electrical supplies.
We now have 15 strong branches across East Anglia, the Midlands and the South - all operating with the same company priority - Customer Service.

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Internal Sales person to join the team.
The Internal Sales role is responsible for maintaining business and increasing sales from existing business relationships, over the trade counter and on the telephone. You will provide excellent customer service, and proactively keep in telephone contact with customers.
The role includes:
- Developing quotes for customers
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to ensure future sales
- Serving on the trade counter and taking enquiries over the phone
- Working as part of a team to ensure the branch runs smoothly and effectively
You will need:
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Great team working skills
Electrical wholesaling experience is desirable but not essential.
The working hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
