**Internal Account Manager, Poole, £30,000**

**The purpose of this role**

As **Internal Account Manager** you'll be an integral member of the Inside Sales team, proactively driving the growth and **development of the business**. You'll be **building and maintaining relationships** with customers, ensuring the best customer experience.

As Internal Account Manager **you'll be responsible for**:

- Managing and **building relationships** with existing accounts
- Accurately recording and regularly updating the **CRM system** to ensure **excellent customer experience**:

- **Analysing data** to ensure customers are provided with accurate information

**Skills & Experience**
- **B2B**Account Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**:

- Ability to work to targets and maintain high levels of customer service
