**1st Line Support Technician, Charminster, £20,000, Permanent**

**Role Purpose**:
As the **1st Line Support Technician**for **Ellis Jones Solicitors**, you'll play an important role of assisting the**IT department**with 1st line queries and supporting with other administrative duties.

**As the 1st Line Support Technician, you'll be**:

- Answering incoming calls for **IT Support** and logging them **using helpdesk software**:

- Investigating and offering initial advice and guidance on **issues raised**:

- Maintenance of helpdesk **ticket log**:

- **New User** creation on AD and setup of services that user requires
- **Keep IT skills** and knowledge up to date

**As the 1st Line Support Technician, you'll have**:

- Basic understanding of IT hardware
- Good **communication**skills
- A willingness to learn new skills
