IVAorg CIC is a customer focused, outcome driven 'Not for Profit' Insolvency Practitioners. We are a social enterprise run for public benefit rather than shareholder returns and our main aim is to provide practical and ethical debt advice to some of the UK's most vulnerable individuals who are experiencing financial problems.

**Responsibilities**:
- Completing SIP 3 assessment and fact-finding calls with clients.
- Undertaking assessment of customer’s financial affairs and discuss their alternative debt solutions.
- Liaising with clients to obtain any missing information or documents which are required.
- Drafting IVA proposals and the associated documentation for approval by the Insolvency Practitioner and the client.
- Assisting the implementation of new structures and procedures to help establish a more efficient IVA process.
- All case supervisory duties, including undertaking annual reviews, variation meetings, early termination and successful closure duties.
- Managing your own work load in a timely manner.
- All associated duties as required for an IVA administrator including where applicable staff training and general administrative duties.
IVAorg CIC is at a very exciting stage in its development and we are in the process of building a formidable team to deliver on our full potential. Pay rates advertised are for full time (based on experience), should part time hours be agreed pay rates to be calculated pro-rata.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
